Little Artist Academy : 4-Day Art Summer Camp

Looking for more than just a craft camp?

This 4-day art camp is designed to teach kids real art skills in a fun, hands-on way—while still keeping it creative, engaging, and age-appropriate for both younger and older campers.

Throughout the week, your child will learn the foundations of art, including color theory, color mixing, shapes, lines, and basic composition. They won’t just follow steps—they’ll understand why they’re doing what they’re doing.

Each camper will receive their own personal art kit to use during camp and take home at the end of the week. This includes paint brushes, a brush holder, apron, and water cup. On the first day, we’ll go over how to properly care for their supplies so they can continue creating long after camp ends.

Each day includes a short lesson, a hands-on project, and an activity sheet that will be added to their personal take-home “Art Book.” By the end of camp, they’ll have a collection of resources they can refer back to anytime.

Projects include a large popsicle painting that teaches color blending, a custom apron, a build-a-scene painting using shapes and lines, and a final “masterpiece” where they bring everything together.

We also incorporate responsibility into the experience—campers will clean and reset their own supplies at the end of each day, helping build independence and respect for their materials.

This camp is perfect for kids who love to create, whether they are beginners or already enjoy art.

Spots are limited to keep group sizes. Register early to save your seat.

Kids are welcome to bring a cell phone, but we ask that it stays put away so they can stay fully engaged and enjoy the full camp experience. Please send your child with a water bottle each day—light snacks will be provided!
