Dive into the basics of pottery with our Intro to Handbuilding Pottery Workshop—perfect for beginners with no prior experience! In this hands-on class, participants (ages 12 and up, no exceptions) will learn the foundational slab-building techniques to create a piece of their choice, such as an 8-10oz mug, bowl, trinket dish, plate, or another item of equal size.

Your handcrafted piece will undergo a 2-4 week drying and firing process to ensure durability. Once the first firing is complete, you’ll be notified to return during any open studio time to glaze your creation. We'll then fire it again, all included in the price.
